How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives in 1-2 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all full-priced items. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

How do I care for my ORTC garments?

To maintain the quality of our fabrics, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash with similar colors. Avoid tumble drying and always iron on a low heat setting to prevent damage to the fibers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer buy-now-pay-later options via Afterpay and Zip Pay, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
